Core Brief
Be visible wherever patients and families search for specialised cancer treatment

01. The Challenge

A specialised category where families research before they enquire

SunAct operates in a highly specialised healthcare category. Patients and their families spend considerable time researching treatment options before making an enquiry. The job was bigger than generating website traffic.

SunAct needed to show up when people were actively searching for cancer treatment, CAR T cell therapy, bone marrow transplant, blood cancer treatment, immunotherapy, paediatric cancer treatment, and advanced cancer care — including location intent such as treatment options in Mumbai and Thane.

That created an opportunity to build a search strategy around both what people were looking for and where they were looking for it.

02. One Search Growth System

Google Ads, SEO, location content, and digital PR as one acquisition engine

We did not treat Google Ads and SEO as two isolated marketing activities. We built a broader search growth strategy with four components, each with a defined job. Paid search captures demand today. SEO captures demand over time. Location content captures geographic intent. PR strengthens digital authority and brand visibility. The website then turns that interest into an enquiry.

  • Google Ads — capture existing high-intent demand.
  • SEO — build sustainable organic search visibility.
  • Location-based content — capture searches that combine treatments, diseases, and cities.
  • Digital PR — build online visibility and authority around SunAct’s specialised cancer care.

03. Google Ads

Search campaigns built around treatment and disease intent

We developed Search campaigns around SunAct’s treatment and disease categories: CAR T cell therapy, cancer treatment, blood cancer, bone marrow transplant, haematology, paediatric cancer, brand searches, and treatment-specific queries.

The Google Ads account report covering 7 February 2025 to 28 February 2026 records substantial Search activity. Figures below are from that campaign report.

04. SEO and Location-Based Content

Treatment, disease, and city intent as one content ecosystem

SEO focused on visibility across different levels of search intent, not only broad keywords. We built a structured content ecosystem around treatment intent (CAR T, bone marrow and stem cell transplant, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, chemotherapy), disease intent (blood cancer, lymphoma, leukaemia, multiple myeloma, paediatric oncology), and informational intent (guides, comparisons, and frequently searched cancer-care questions).

Location was a core layer. Instead of relying only on generic terms such as “CAR T cell therapy,” we developed content that combined treatment plus location, disease plus location, and cancer care plus location — for example CAR T cell therapy in Mumbai, bone marrow transplant in Mumbai, blood cancer treatment in Mumbai, CAR T therapy in Thane, and paediatric cancer treatment in Mumbai.

Someone searching for a specialised treatment in a specific city is demonstrating a very different intent from a general informational search. Blogs supported that. Content such as “CAR T Therapy for Lymphoma in Mumbai and India: A Guide to Advanced Blood Cancer Care” was written to hold both SEO visibility and local search intent.

05. Digital PR and the Search Ecosystem

More online touchpoints, not a separate brand campaign

SEO was supported by digital PR. The objective was to increase SunAct’s presence across relevant publications and create visibility around specialised treatments: advanced cancer treatment, CAR T, cancer-treatment innovation, bone marrow transplantation, cellular therapies, paediatric oncology, and advanced cancer care in Mumbai.

PR worked alongside SEO rather than as a separate activity. It created more online touchpoints where people could discover SunAct and strengthened the overall digital footprint of the brand.

  • Google Ads captures immediate high-intent searches.
  • SEO builds organic visibility.
  • Location-based content captures Mumbai and Thane intent.
  • Treatment content builds visibility around specific therapies and diseases.
  • Digital PR expands brand visibility and online authority.
  • The website provides detailed treatment information and a path to enquire.

The Adsmagnify approach

We did not look at SEO, Google Ads, blogs, and PR as separate deliverables. We treated them as components of one acquisition system.

06. Organic Search Growth

Clicks and impressions compounding through 2026

Search Console data supplied for the project shows 11.1K total clicks, 306K total impressions, a 3.6% average CTR, and an average position of 11. The performance graph shows organic search increasing substantially over the period, with stronger visibility during 2026.

The objective was not simply more website traffic. It was search visibility across the patient research journey: a Google Search ad, an organic treatment page, a location-based article, an educational blog, a PR article, then the SunAct website. Multiple opportunities to appear while families were still deciding.

Key Strategic Principles

  • 1Paid search captures demand today; SEO captures it over time. Running them as one system beats treating them as two retainers.
  • 2Healthcare search is location-plus-treatment. “CAR T in Mumbai” is a different intent from a generic therapy guide.
  • 3PR is not a separate brand exercise. It adds the third-party touchpoints that sit between an ad click and an enquiry.
